We’ve been toying around with this idea for a few collections in the past, only it has always been a more complicated meaning- it has always been hyper critical of hollywood and what people consider the idea of the vacuum of los angeles to be. but that ignores the la brea tar pits, the saber piece on the L.A. river, Houdini’s house with the tunnel under it, the dodger dogs, the vast mexican markets, - so here it is finally a proper ode to my adopted home town.
